Research articles must be submitted in the following two stages.

Stage I: Submission of Abstract

Submission: Please follow the template shown above for submitting your abstract. Your abstract in an editable Word file format should be uploaded at the link provided (below), which is hosted using the Conference Management Tool (CMT). Please create a free user ID with CMT if you don’t already have one. Only the uploaded file will be reviewed. 

Program: During the submission of the abstract, please indicate whether you would like the abstract submitted to be considered for an oral presentation and/or a poster presentation. 

Decision: All submitted abstracts will be reviewed and a decision (shortlisted abstracts) will be conveyed to the authors on this conference registration page.

  • The author of the shortlisted abstract can register for an oral presentation and/or a poster presentation. 
  • Science Publishing Group (SciencePG) will publish the abstract of every paper presented at this conference under the title “Abstract Book of the International Conference on Engineering Challenges in Global Sustainable Development (ICECGSD-2025)” with an International Standard Book Number (ISBN).

The authors of the shortlisted abstracts can submit full-length research articles in Stage II.

Stage II: Submission of Full-Length Research Article

Submission: Please follow the template shown above to submit your full-length research article. Your full-length research article in an editable Word file format should be uploaded at the link provided (below), which is hosted using the Conference Management Tool (CMT). Only the uploaded file will be reviewed. 

Decision: All submitted full-length research articles will be reviewed and a decision (shortlisted full-length research articles) will be conveyed to the authors on this conference registration page.

  • Engineering and Applied Sciences (SciencePG) Journal will publish the short-listed full-length research articles in a Special Issue.

  1. Page layout orientation: Portrait
  2. Page size: A0 (841 mm x 1188 mm)
  3. Print your poster (Printing centres are available in Tirunelveli)

Time-frame

  • Abstract submission: May 1, 2024 – November 30, 2024
  • Acceptance of abstract: September 15, 2024
  • Full-length manuscript submission: September 16, 2024 – December 31, 2024
  • Early Bird Registration: September 16, 2024 - December 16, 2024
  • Late Registration: From December 17, 2024
